Built from inside the field

Ecominas Corp. develops oilfield production-optimization systems that combine wellhead pressure-control equipment, field sensing, edge controls and applied analytics.

What we do

Steadier production from every qualified well

SIP-3 and SIP-AI combine wellhead pressure control, field sensing, edge controls and well-specific analytics to help qualified operators improve production stability and artificial-lift performance on eligible wells.

Each deployment brings together the equipment installed at the wellhead and the engineers who operate it, and every result is measured against a baseline agreed with the operator.

Our current priorities are to secure the legal and intellectual-property foundation of the technology, document equipment certifications and control-system safeguards, apply sanctions, export-control, anti-corruption and cybersecurity reviews to every transaction, complete a portfolio of field pilots, and turn those pilots into paid multi-well deployments.

What drives us

Mission, vision and values

Mission

Accelerate the digital transformation of the oil industry

With reliable, high-impact technology, delivered where it can be measured rather than described.

Vision

The reference technology partner for operators in Latin America

Earned one qualified well, one signed measurement plan and one jointly reviewed report at a time.

Values

Technical precision, operational integrity, measurable results

A permanent orientation to outcomes that survive an audit, and an equal willingness to publish what did not work.

Business readiness

Where the business stands today

Each area of the business, where it stands today and the next milestone that moves it forward.

AreaWhere it standsNext milestone
Customer problemGas interference and unstable operating conditions limit artificial-lift performance and drive downtime and interventionsProblem statements defined with each operator, eligible-well criteria and a cost baseline

Corporate structure

The technology assets are held by Ecominas Corp. (ECOC)

On 22 October 2026, Ecominas Corp., a Nevada corporation, completed the acquisition of the SIP-3 and SIP-AI technology assets and reported the transaction on Form 8-K.

What was acquired

The technological and software work registered with the Servicio Autónomo de la Propiedad Intelectual of Venezuela (SAPI) under reference FM-03779; the “PETROLLEUMAI TECHNOLOGY” service mark registered with SAPI under registration SO72943; the designs, specifications and know-how relating to the SIP-3 wellhead pressure-control system; the software, algorithms, model files and documentation relating to the SIP-AI analytics and optimization platform; and related proprietary technical materials.

How the transaction was structured

The transaction was an acquisition of assets only. The Company did not acquire any equity interest in PetrolleumAI Technologies, C.A. or any other entity, and assumed no liabilities. Where we operate

A relevant operating base, and an honest view of its complexity

Venezuela provides a relevant operating base. It also creates material cross-border legal, payment and counterparty complexity, managed transaction by transaction.

Talk to the people who built it
